HOME DESCRIPTION AND RATES
House is located in a 55+over community. No children.
One occupant must be 55 years of age.
This is our private home and not a typical rental.
Everything is in excellent condition and we expect our renters to
treat it the same way we do.
Absolutely No Smoking and No Pets!
This is a beautiful light and bright private home located on the golf course.
It has a beautiful master suite with a queen size bed and a second bedroom
with 2 twin beds. Spacious master bath and full 2nd bathroom.
Floor plan features open design with high ceilings and lots of light.
Our home is fully furnished.
Enjoy breakfast on the covered patio overlooking the fairway.
If you are looking for a spotless and bright vacation home this is it!!!
Completley furnished with everything you will need so just bring your
toothbrush and food. Appliances include dishwasher, electric stove,
double door refrigerator w/ice & water dispenser, microwave, washer,
dryer and Gas BBQ on the patio. Television and basic cable is included.
All linens and cooking utensils are provided.
High Speed internet available upon request for nominal fee.
Golf cart available. $150 per month. Must provide proof of insurance.
In addition to the golf cart there is one garage spot available.
Access to 4 Regulation golf courses and 3 Executive courses.
There are 4 recreation centers equipped with swimming pools, spas,
and fitness centers.
All rec centers have a wide variety of activities and there
is also a bowling alley and 2 miniature golf courses for your
enjoyment. Shopping, restaurants, banks and churches are all located
close by.
Vacation Rental Rates
November-April $1600 month
May & October $1200 month
June-September $900 month
$750 security deposit (refundable)
$150 utilities fee
$125 cleaning fee
$150 golf cart rental (optional)
Recreation fee paid by tenant (2009 - $50/person/month)
